PREVIS is a rough version of a sequence or the entire film. Mostly in 3D, in pre-production this enables directors to explore multiple creative ideas without the constraints or expense of a complex shoot or a large animation team. It allows you to visualize storytelling, helps to budget precisely and plan how to achieve a shot technically.
TECHVIS / PRODUCTION
You need a technical output for your shoot?
TECHVIS using technical information, e.g. camera, lenses and location measurements, we build a 3D set-up of the shot for most effective production planning and execution.
POSTVIS / PRODUCTION
You need rough VFX for your editing?
POSTVIS allows you to visualize vfx in a shot or sequence. We work with your VFX and editing team to add temp VFX during the edit so the director, vfx supervisor and producer can see what works, what doesn’t and what’s missing. Postvis helps producers control costs and streamlines vfx production by anticipating changes to awarded shots as well as planning for additional work that may be needed.
